This is a plant I came across at the Chicago Botanical Gardens.  I shot in close to show off all the details, but at the time I shot, I had no idea what I was going to do with it in post processing.  Here is the finished image.

 

Here is the original out of the camera.  I went into Smart Photo Editor, turned the image to vertical, sharpened the image, and then used a filter that would mirror the subject on left and right.  Added some filters for color enhancement. Done.
