In the spring of 2019, I was mentioning to our Macro Photo Club members that in September I wanted to set up a meet up with our club members to shoot at Longwood Gardens for two days. It would be free to attend for club members, and I had about 40 to 50 members say they would be interested in attending.

It wouldn't be set up as a workshop, just a fun shoot for the attendees to hang out, shoot, and have a fun time.

At the time I was setting it up covid hit and had to cancel. Because of covid lasting as long as it did, I never tried to run it again.

Now that things are little back to normal, I am planning to try this again, but this time it will be at the Chicago Botanical Gardens in June.

I am doing a workshop at Madeline Island in June and will be passing by the Chicago Botanical Gardens on the way to Madeliene, so that garden would work out well for our first Macro Photo Club Meet-Up.
