The Problem with Botanical Gardens

Botanical Gardens are my favorite places to shoot, but one big problem is the clutter all around the subjects we like to shoot. Here is a subject I would like to shoot but as you can see too much clutter.

I know this is going to happen from years of visiting gardens throughout the country, so I make sure I bring in backgrounds to place behind the subjects to eliminate the clutter.  Here you can see I've placed a background behind this cool subject.

Once I get home I can open my image in Smart Photo Editor, crop and process the image.  Here is the finished image.  Lots better than a cluttered mess behind the subject.
